The Cesar A. Perales (CAP) Leadership Institute embodies three of LatinoJustice PRLDEF’s long-term guiding principles: increasing the Latinx pipeline to law school, and fostering civil rights awareness and engagement by cultivating Latino leaders and engaging our youth.
