Since the beginnings of our organization, we have defended employment rights for Latinos, from challenging discriminatory hiring practices in civil service jobs, to fighting sexual harassment in workplaces with large Latinx and immigrant workforces. As businesses and organizations are discouraged from engaging in work that promotes equity in employment, we support cases that push back on efforts to eliminate equity programs.
