Priscilla K. Lugo is LatinoJustice's Texas Justice Advocate Coordinator and is working to support advocacy initiatives, community engagement, and advocacy campaigns in the areas of criminal justice. She was born and raised in South Texas along the US-Mexico border to immigrant parents from Mexico. She is a first-generation college and graduate student, who graduated with her Bachelor's in Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in 2019, and will graduate with a Master in Public Affairs and Master of Arts in May 2022. She has previously worked for various immigration non-profits in Texas.
