LatinoJustice PRLDEF engages communities in confronting the harms of policing, and arrest that disproportionately impact Latinx and other marginalized communities. We also work with a diverse group of national and state partners and government agencies to reexamine the laws, rules, and regulations governing discretionary parole practices in key regions of the country. Through our advocacy and educational efforts, we aim to build collective strategies to reimagine safety and justice beyond punishment and incarceration.
