DESCRIPTION:

Communications: not available at this time.

Development – Development Interns work on a range of projects related to resource-building, from research and data analysis to proposal development and event coordination. Interns work with the LatinoJustice development team to build core fundraising and networking skills, with an emphasis on planning and cultivation strategies.

Education – not available at this time.

Finance – not available at this time.      

Human Resources – assisting with various HR projects, including research, on-boarding prep for new hires and interns, recruiting, and general administrative, and clerical work for the HR/Operations Department, such as updating data spreadsheets, filing, coordinating meetings, processing job postings and applications, updating job recruiting sites list and contact info.

Justice Reform Collaborative – not available at this time.    
 



QUALIFICATIONS: Interns must have a passion for our issues and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidates are independent, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Experience with Windows XP, Microsoft Office, required; database experience very helpful. Interns must be open to evolving responsibilities. These positions are only open to enrolled students, preferable those who will receive college credit.
