This Privacy Policy describes the processing of personal information by LatinoJustice PRLDEF, Inc. (“LatinoJustice”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) that is collected through our website www.latinojustice.org (collectively, the “Website”).
Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective as of the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We, or our vendors, may collect personal information that identifies you personally. For example, you may submit personal information to us through our “contact us” form or provide us personal information through a feature provided by our vendors (such as donation or application forms or online widgets).
Personal information includes, but is not limited to, contact information (such as name and email address), job or internship application information (if you apply for a job or internship, including for programs with our partners), volunteer information (if you apply to volunteer), mentor/mentee information, including education and employment information (if you apply to be a mentor or mentee trough our available programs), bootcamp or educational program information (if you apply to available programs), and payment information (if you donate).

We and our vendors may use a variety of tracking technologies (such as cookies, pixels, and beacons) that collect information, such as the device you are using, your IP address, device ID, approximate geolocation, all of the areas within the Website that you visit, what content you are interested in or interact with, and the time of the visit.

Our vendors may engage subcontractors to enable the vendors to perform services for us.

We maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to help protect personal information collected or received through the Website. Although we use reasonable efforts to safeguard information, transmission via the Internet is not completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your information collected through the Website.
